Delivery

After payment your order page shows the QR code and the activation code (with the manual-install details), and you receive an email.

How to redeem

• Make sure your phone supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier.
• Open your order page while connected to the internet (Wi-Fi).
• Scan the QR code from your phone's settings: on iPhone go to Settings, then Cellular, then Add eSIM; on Android go to Settings, then Network, then Add eSIM (names differ by device). You can also use the install link or install manually with the SM-DP+ details and activation code.
• After installing, turn on Data Roaming and select the eSIM for mobile data.
• The plan's validity starts under the network's terms, so install it before you travel and switch it on when you arrive.

Before you buy

• The data allowance and validity are shown in each option's name (for example 1 GB for 7 days, or a daily allowance); pick the one that suits your trip.
• These are internet (data) plans installed on an eSIM-capable phone; there is no physical SIM.
• Scan the QR code only once and do not share it with anyone.
