Product purchase and use terms

Your order terms consist of this page, the confirmed product, option, region, platform, and price, and the delivery, refund, and privacy policies. A product-specific confirmed description prevails on that detail without reducing mandatory rights.

• A valid account or email may be required to view the order and receive updates.
• You are responsible for accurate details, protecting your session, and not sharing sign-in codes.
• If you are below the legal age to enter the transaction, it must be completed by or with the approval of a guardian as applicable.

We show essential features, price, tax, and applicable fees before payment. Images and marks are illustrative and belong to their owners; the final reference is the confirmed product name, option, region, and platform.

Price or availability may change before order completion. We do not change a confirmed order price retroactively. If an obvious error or stock shortage prevents fulfilment, we contact you and provide an appropriate remedy.

An order is accepted after the payment method is approved and may remain pending while a bank or gateway verifies it. We may pause an order for proportionate security review without asking for a password or CVV.

• Use the product in an eligible country, platform, and account under the publisher or provider licence.
• Do not resell delivery details or use the store for fraud, abuse, or technical circumvention.
• Platforms and publishers are independent parties; their terms govern your accounts and use of their services.

Parts of the service may pause for maintenance or security, or because an external provider or platform is unavailable. We use reasonable efforts to restore operations and handle affected orders without promising uninterrupted third-party service.

We do not exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, claims are assessed against proven direct loss and the affected order, and exclude misuse or external changes outside our control.

Subject to mandatory law that cannot be waived, these terms are governed by Wyoming law and applicable United States federal law. Nothing here reduces mandatory consumer rights or available complaint channels.

Use the help center with the order number for any objection. We may update these terms for future transactions when services or law change; the version shown at order time remains the transaction reference where applicable.
